PRODUCTS AND PROCESSING
Availability and Processing:
• Sample clothing or sale items are available until stocks sell out.
• All orders are subject to availability of stock and confirmation of the order via email.
• All efforts will be taken to process orders within 1-2 business days from the date the order is lodged.
All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are quoted in AUD (Australian Dollars).
My Tiny Wardrobe does not guarantee the price of any item listed on this website until your order has been processed. Whilst My Tiny Wardrobe takes steps to ensure the price and details of products listed are correct, if they are incorrect, My Tiny Wardrobe reserves the right to cancel the order and refund.
My Tiny Wardrobe reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide. Delays may occur as a consequence of this process.
SALE ITEMS AND SAMPLE CLOTHING
Sample clothing or sale items that appear on this website are only available until such stocks sell out.
CHANGING AN ORDER
Unfortunately no changes to orders may be made after they have been submitted online.
If you receive the wrong item, please contact email@example.com within three weeks from when the order was placed online. The return postage will be paid by My Tiny Wardrobe and you will be sent the correct item within 7 business days if the item is in stock, otherwise a store credit will be issued for the same dollar value of the good originally ordered.
Please Note: There are no refunds/returns or exchanges for selecting the wrong size
If something is wrong with an item you receive, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and each case will be judged on a case by case basis. An exchange will be organised within 7 business days after a resolution is determined by both parties. Please feel free to contact us at email@example.com if you have any further return queries.
Other Important Information to Note Regarding Returns
The item(s) must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. Please also include the original invoice. Delivery costs will only be reimbursed if the wrong item was delivered or if the item was unknowingly defective.
PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT accept exchange or refund requests for special product mark downs, sample clothing, sale items or items that are no longer stocked unless the goods are unknowingly defective. We also reserve the right to refuse a returned product that is damaged by the recipient due to lack of care or disregard of care or washing instructions. The item(s) remains your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We will not refund return items which are damaged or lost in the post.
